My oldest son had pancytopenia all cell lines were low at the age of three. And was tentatively diagnosed with leukemia He had a bone marrow biopsy and I waited and waited for the results. He ended up having cyclic febrile neutropenia from a viral infection he's now fine but I know how scary it was. You are in my heart with much prayers going out to you tonight
Sorry you are going though this. My friend’s child was just dx with the same thing and went through tx and was in remission very quickly.
Thoughts and prayers with you, your son and family. Any parents worse nightmare, I can't even imagine.
From a friend whose daughter had been diagnosed with leukemia...There is a great online support that was really, really helpful when Molly was going through treatment. She should go to http://ACOR.org/ and sign up for the ALL-Kids mailing list.
Omg I'm sry to hear this. Its long hard road. Its harder when they become hospitalized longterm. Hopfully that wont for a long time for you. My heart and prayers are with you
