2 years out from my Thyroid cancer removal and RAI and my 3 year old son was diagnosed with Acute Lymphoblastic Leukemia. Does anyone else have a child with cancer as well?

My heart is with yours! We had a scare with my daughter and the one positive thing was learning how children usually respond well to treatment a high success rate.

My oldest son had pancytopenia all cell lines were low at the age of three. And was tentatively diagnosed with leukemia He had a bone marrow biopsy and I waited and waited for the results. He ended up having cyclic febrile neutropenia from a viral infection he's now fine but I know how scary it was. You are in my heart with much prayers going out to you tonight

Sorry you are going though this. My friend’s child was just dx with the same thing and went through tx and was in remission very quickly.

From a friend whose daughter had been diagnosed with leukemia...There is a great online support that was really, really helpful when Molly was going through treatment. She should go to http://ACOR.org/ and sign up for the ALL-Kids mailing list.
