Anybody going to gym? I started already. Everything (sleeping, getting up, mood etc.) is better but my tinnitus. Whats your experience? Should I quit gym?

Hit the gym ! It helped me a lot during the initial stages of my T when it was louder. Going to gym helped me forget about my T. It also helped me with my sleep : )

I have never been a work out type - but started water aerobics in July and love it - my T does get in the way of hearing instructor - but I watch her and do the movements that way. I just keep as busy as I can and deal with the T day to day - all we can do, right?

Don't quit, getting healthier should help improve your T, longer term.

I wouldn't just quit... You will sieze up... Watch your breathing. Holding your breath creates pressure. Modify.. Lighter more sets.. Again to stay away from head pressure...
