Yes i do, doesn't affect my mild T. For some people, gym gives a temporary spike, but it does get settle down.
Thank You for good news!!!! I love you!
Hit the gym ! It helped me a lot during the initial stages of my T when it was louder. Going to gym helped me forget about my T. It also helped me with my sleep : )
Sends mine through the roof but at least at the end of the day I can say despite my T Ive had my workout. Dont give it up if you enjoy it.
Daily exercise. Plus no caffeine, smoke, alcohol, etc etc. Im at the healthiest times in my life. U shud continue, dont quit ^^
I have never been a work out type - but started water aerobics in July and love it - my T does get in the way of hearing instructor - but I watch her and do the movements that way. I just keep as busy as I can and deal with the T day to day - all we can do, right?
Don't quit, getting healthier should help improve your T, longer term.
I wouldn't just quit... You will sieze up... Watch your breathing. Holding your breath creates pressure. Modify.. Lighter more sets.. Again to stay away from head pressure...
You listed all the positive effects, try headphones during your gym time
