Does anyone else find that their top teeth hurt and feel really sensitive because of the air pressure with the mask?

That actually might be due to sinus irritation. Use a nasal spray (saline solution is fine) or a neti-pot to flush the sinus'. I experienced this the first few weeks I was using cpap. Hope this helps and gives you some relief.

What’s a neti-pot?

Basically a sinus irrigator. They are strange to use at first but have been a life safer. I have suffered from Sinus issues most of my life. They have gotten better actually since the use of a cpap (except those first few weeks)

nettie Its really not. The key is to get your water warm enough but not too hot. You bend over the sink properly and it won't go down your throat. Usually they come with a packet that you mix with the water to create the saline solution. It was strange at first but I got used to it. I also do use mine in the show as it can be easier

reinaldo I was skeptical at first but have used one for years and its a go to at the first signs of any sinus pressure. Before it I was getting 3-4 sinus infections a year, I have not had one in 10 years of having/using the neti-pot.

Oh wow. I was definitely experiencing some teeth sensitivity and couldn't figure out what was going on. I never made the connection that it could be from my machine. Thankfully it seems to have stopped.
