Does anyone have any healthy snack recommendations that are also good for your stomach?

I like to make protein balls. I use gluten free oats and almond butter. You can find some yummy ones on Pinterest. They don’t seem to bother me. I have them for breakfast and snacks.

Cheddar cheese and crackers, boiled eggs, applesauce, yogurt when I can handle it. Cheddar isn’t so greasy so sits fairly decent.

Most places that have a decent amount of dried fruits have it, (like the bins where you can buy it by the pound) I usually get mine at sprouts or trader Joe's

Tapioca is a starch from
Cassava root. It is gentle on the tummy, you can use it like a flour it in baking sweets, I use it in muffins, pancakes, banana breads that type of thing.

I've never had a problem. Last year I was in a horrible flare and it was the only thing I could eat.

Yes. I alwys tell Ryan. I Alwys eat oatmeal. A staple. I take one packet n I add a fourth cup plain oats. N boom.

I get a box from a whole sale store the bars are just called pure protein. But you can go to 7-11 or a health supplement store they have a good selection

Depends. A lot of the things listed didn’t sit well with me. Everyone’s different. When I first started healing I could eat pretzels and welches fruit snacks.
