I like to make protein balls. I use gluten free oats and almond butter. You can find some yummy ones on Pinterest. They don’t seem to bother me. I have them for breakfast and snacks.
Cheddar cheese and crackers, boiled eggs, applesauce, yogurt when I can handle it. Cheddar isn’t so greasy so sits fairly decent.

Most places that have a decent amount of dried fruits have it, (like the bins where you can buy it by the pound) I usually get mine at sprouts or trader Joe's

Cassava root. It is gentle on the tummy, you can use it like a flour it in baking sweets, I use it in muffins, pancakes, banana breads that type of thing.

I get a box from a whole sale store the bars are just called pure protein. But you can go to 7-11 or a health supplement store they have a good selection

Yogurts can have a lot of sugar and the dairy is not good for inflammation
Fermented foods such as kefir are far superior for immunity and inflammation.
Cottage cheese works for me. Almond milk and coconut milks unsweetened as well!
