I just have someone call it in when I need it

A few years ago my husband and I were going cross country on motorcycle and I was worried about being far away from my doc. He gave me a script to take with me. Ever since I have kept it on hand in the med cabinet. I renew the script every year.

Prednisone isn’t something you should take without speaking with your doctor.

I know that. My doctor has told me if I need to start taking it to call him asap. It is the doctor that gave the script. I wouldn't have it if I hadn't spoke to my doctor.

I will ask my Dr. next time I go. Is it heard on your origins?

Answered Jan 9, 2018    reply

The only time I would ever take it is if I go into a flare, for me it stops it quickly. That is not the case for eveyone though.

wan you are right. It used to work for me right away. Now prednisone is not as effective for me as before.
