Does some of you do recurrent kidney infection? Don't know if it's part of my Sjögren, but it's my second in a few months it's painful for someone who's really used to have pain.

Yes suffered with kidney infection for over a year. Then started with kidney stones. Switched Drs and low and behold I had interstitial cystitis. Make sure your Dr is aware this is common with Sjögren’s patients. If your Dr is not familiar with IC , find another urologists. I️ had read it was common with sjogren's syndrome patients so I️ kept asking my first urologists and she kept telling me I didn’t have it. Switched urologists and was diagnosed with IC. Maybe if caught earlier would have had a milder case ????

I’ve had over 60 kidney stones in 11 years and my rheumatologist at mayo told me it could be related due to my kidney being a little dry. I also have dryness in my Lungs which is causing me to have a lot of inflammation and act like an asthmatic even though I’m not. On an inhaled steroid now and it seems to be helping. I also take Vit D and Potassium Citrate daily and it helps with the kidney stones. They also want me on Pilocarpine but man that stuff just kills me! So I don’t take it like I should
