Good evening everyone in EST and good day. I wanted to ask everyone what their preferred methods of treatment for osteoarthritis, particularly cervical osteoarthritis.

I am not a fan of pharmaceuticals, at this point I am treating pain and inflammation with curcumin, astralagus, cats claw, kava and speciosa (for anxiety). Along with daily yoga (stretching). What are your methods?

I take: Lyrica, Baclofen, Cymbalta, Norco as needed, and I have open prescriptions for Valium and Xanax. My doctor really trusts me though. I never abuse my meds. I ice my neck down daily, use my TENS unit as needed, and run pool.
You can probably tell, I have big issues.

Patrica it’s an electrical current unit that uses little pads. You stick the pads on muscles that spasm and an electrical current interrupts the nerve impulse. It fakes your mind out so you do not feel pain. You can implant them too.
