The no starch thing is killing me and it's only been a week... I feel like I can't eat anything! I already eat no dairy and only chicken and turkey for meats... I'm running out of food ideas.

meneses my usuals are turkey and cheese, soft or hard chicken tacos with corn tortillas only, soup, salad. You can make all diff kinds of salads. I also eat tuna. Going gluten free will help. I don’t expect to do it for more than 6 months.

I am gluten free and dairy free. But all the gluten free things still contain starch so I'm having a hard time making meals. I also can't eat lettuce.

How did they find that out? I was told to take probiotics but after two bottles I didn't notice a difference and ended up stopping.

I saw a naturopath who did a very detailed stool sample. Cost me a fortune though And now the probiotic she wants me to take is 200 dollars plus the stool sample was 300. So I'm trying to fix it without paying the 200 but I'm not sure if it's going to work..

I brought the sheet to my family doctor who said my results are fine. And there's no need for a 200 dollar probiotic. So I went ahead and got my own probiotic and am hoping it helps.. I just can't afford all that money anymore..

Naturopaths are so expensive.

Wow that sounds rough. I hope the probiotic helps you!

Thanks! It's confusing when one doctor tells you one thing and the naturopath tells you something else. I know they practice things differently but if I can fix it without paying all that money I will be happy. I've been Seeing her for a year and have spent thousands and nothing has helped.

meneses Look at the probiotics the naturopath wants you to take and find another cheaper probiotic that matches most listed.
