I feel dumb asking this, but can you get a muscle spasm (or spasm) in your ear, like behind the drum? Last night while Laying down I kept hearing a machine gun type sound in my right ear and it didn’t matter which way I laid.

I get that! I've never talked to anyone who also gets This! Very annoying and I don't know why either! I've asked a couple of Drs and no answer. I wish it would happen at the office!

It’s just a weird “brrrrrrt. Brrrrrrt. bbrrrrrrrt.”
And there’s a physical movement with it. It feels like it’s coming from inside my ear. Like right here but on the inside.

Maryland yup. You stick your tongue out, close your mouth around it and swallow.

Is this feeling like a sudden violent fluttering/ twitching feeling and noise, as if there was a butterfly on steroids trapped right in your ear and suddenly panicked to get out? I get this and it’s really weird

Pretty sure it's your ear trying to adjust to pressure. I hate it. Usually if I swallow and move my jaw around it stops. My ears are constantly full and I'm constantly popping them.

It happens to me almost daily. Sometimes multiple times a day
