I get that! I've never talked to anyone who also gets This! Very annoying and I don't know why either! I've asked a couple of Drs and no answer. I wish it would happen at the office!
It’s just a weird “brrrrrrt. Brrrrrrt. bbrrrrrrrt.”
And there’s a physical movement with it. It feels like it’s coming from inside my ear. Like right here but on the inside.
Yes! Feels super strange too!
Yes you can! My PT showed me a trick to help with it.

hayley you stick your tongue out and swallow a couple of times.
Thank you, I will try that next time!
Swallow with my tongue out?
Maryland yup. You stick your tongue out, close your mouth around it and swallow.
I get it but just assumed it was related to tinnitus
Omg I get this and everyone I've spoke to about it has looked at me like I'm mad!
I get this. It's super annoying!
Yes I thought I was mad!
There is such thing as hypermobile ear drum so possibly yes
Is this feeling like a sudden violent fluttering/ twitching feeling and noise, as if there was a butterfly on steroids trapped right in your ear and suddenly panicked to get out? I get this and it’s really weird
I've got that.
Pretty sure it's your ear trying to adjust to pressure. I hate it. Usually if I swallow and move my jaw around it stops. My ears are constantly full and I'm constantly popping them.
It happens to me almost daily. Sometimes multiple times a day
