I have reduced my carbs between 20-50g a day. I take 125mg of Thyroxine for almost 2 years now vitamin D and 40mg of Fluoxitine. I started the low carb thing on Monday this week and feel loads better, decreased appetite and have lost 3 pound so far. Has anyone else tried this and stuck to it?

Many go gluten free or low carb for hashimotos as its said it helps reduce antiobodies. They often say it makes them feel better. Low carb can be more challenging to do long term. Congrats on the loss! I struggle cutting out carbs... no will power lol!
