Night is fine, or splitting the dose. Try it out and see how you feel.

I take it at night as well. I have to take heartburn meds and eat first thing in the am so taking my thyroid med at night works best. Pharmacist and Dr said it was fine.

I tried first thing in the am like 5 and I have been changing it to 730 and 730 seems to be working just fine for me but I’ve only had 3 days I have changed it. You will know which Time works best for you

I take mine at night when I go to bed. Usually 3-4 hours after food. This leaves me free in the morning to take supplements, have breakfast or coffee as I want.

When I switched I had taken one at 500 am and then took one at 200 am. No problem doing it a little before the 24 hour time slot.
No more morning nausea!!!

Same as you Melaine. I take 200mg per day. It clearly says to take in the morning before any caffeine and food.
