I think my sounds are associated with neck issues. After years of sitting at a computer--I'm a writer, it's what I do I'm pretty sure my neck is tortured and it is causing my tinnitus. Anyone else find this? Anything help?

Have you seen anyone about your neck? Doctor or chiropractor?

No accident I was diagnosed with Spinal Stenosis 4 years ago and did nothing about it. I too sat a desk and in front of a computer at work.By the end of the day my neck would be so sore. My Dr said I needed another MRI and that's when they saw bone spur. My PT started after a nasty sinus infection 6 months ago. Pulsating Tinnitus ..continual heartbeat sound in my head..sounds like ears?
