Is it normal for your numbers to be high if you're sick?

Illness can definitely increase your glucose levels. What are yours running? Are you strictly following this way of eating?

Last 3 days been 40ish higher than usual. Not following strictly yet but trying

Yes mine has been running high for a couple of days. Had sniffles and low grade fever. Today numbers are closer to normal. All under 120. I honestly believe that keeping hydrated and super low carb has kept me from getting seriously ill.

Sickness, stress, mars in alignment with Saturn can all affect our sugars.

Seems like it! Sick means stress! Stress means cortisol! Meds always have sugar starch and fillers! Hope u feel better soon
