Is it possible for your A1c to drop 2points in a month. I was on just metformin until about there weeks ago and doctor added another medicine.

Antony, I suppose it is possible, if it was a higher value to begin with. A1c is a weighted average over 90 days, with the most recent 30 days given a bit more weight. Why do you ask?

It was 12.3 and am trying to get it down under 10 My blood sugar since I Started my new medicine has been between 93 and 120.

Antony that’s impressive glucose control from a 12.3! Well done. I do think you will see a reduction, but I’m uncertain of how much. That will be interesting to know!

It's mostly due to fact of new medicine and I'm taking cinnamon caps two times a day as well.

Antony I’m glad you are finding success with your regimen; please know that studies show no significant effect of cinnamon on blood glucose. Also, as you follow our eating plan here, you may find your medication needs go down, so have a plan in place if your blood sugar levels begin dropping further.
