Is there someone on here that knows about CPAP, been diagnosed through the VA. I'm having problems with them again. They just told me on the phone that it made my hourly occurances worse ( I just went overnight to get calibrated). The lady talked about a B PAP? AND DENTAL DEVICE.

I told the lady that the damn machine they had me hooked up to, the pressure was way overboard and caused me to rip off the mask, because I couldn't breathe! I went to an outside sleep clinic for my in house sleep study ( on the choice program ) and that doctors opinion was that I needed a CPAP machine. Any advice or information would be greatly appreciated!

Part of my sleep problems were related to jaw clenching at night. I started on CPAP but later had to be fitted for a mouth guard as well. Both have helped.
