I've had a multinodular goiter for a few years that they have monitored. I had an ultrasound this week and they have grown considerably 3-4 mm to now over 1 cm and show suspicious features. Biopsy next. I've had trouble with throat swelling ( tongue, uvula, lymph nodes) and it's hard to swallow.

My tsh, t4 and thyroid antibodies are normal despite having hypothyroid symptoms. Anyone have any advice? I'm pretty nervous...

I am in the same boat, waiting for appointment with surgeon. I have 6 nodules, the largest being 4.8cm. My tsh test was normal too.

When I was diagnosed my TSH was always considered normal as well. Ultrasound and biopsy will be your best tools for detection. Best of luck with the biopsy.
