Question: Has anyone tried to change, or incorporate into their diet, foods that have natural antihistamines? Or avoiding foods with natural histamines? (I have a friend with multiple sclerosis and he avoids trigger foods that increase his systems.

) If so, do you have a list or preferred website you would like to share?

Yes, and it has helped. I also drink anti histamine tea daily.

I buy it in bulk, and mix it myself. It's mostly holy basil , but I also add lemon balm, raspberry leaf, nettle leaf, camomile, and a sometimes some others for my adrenal fatigue. It has helped a lot

Adrenal fatigue can involve low or high cortisol. If low, holy basil might not be wise.

I have been using it for 3 years now, and I have gone from being so sick that I was unable to get out of bed, to being a single mom running a successful pet sitting business.
