It’s not a good number to sustain, but it is not dangerous. Your pulse is great!
Vitals can fluctuate a lot, very quickly and for many reasons.
I second Poteet's sentiment. It's not a good place to be hanging with you BP, but if it is a one off reading and not staying there, probably not something to worry much about.
Just keep an eye on it!
Makes me feel like crud and very tired.

It can also be a chicken and egg scenario, your pressure up if you aren’t well, having high pain (even if you are ignoring pain), even having issue retaining salt from a diet splurge, etc. I struggle with high pressure. We get worried for me a little higher (around 100’s). Low pressure is where I get more symptoms (dizzy, weakness, blacking out). Your typical numbers are perfect and where you want to be. Hope you get back to that place soon and feel better. No fun to be off!
I sustained higher than that for quite a while, and a high pulse, I have to take blood pressure meds now to keep it under control twice a day, I’m 29. It gives me really bad headaches and feel cruddy when it’s high. Keep an eye, drs here aren’t interested in one off readings of high, it’s if it stays high they will intervene. If concerned go see your dr
They say 130/70+ can cause actual heart damage.
Long term it can create damage on your kidneys and heart, but it takes time. It is also a risk factor that becomes more worrisome when you add up other risk factors. They have lowered the bottom number more recently, but they won’t put you on medications usually, just encourage lifestyle changes.
Still within normal limits, however would worry what has caused a spike like that
Eating pork spiked mine like that a couple of weeks ago.
I don't eat pork.
