Yes hence why I put cold compress on my forehead and neck when I have a bad migraine. the cold helps reduce the vein expansion in your head

I guess that’s why it’s weird to me. I can’t tolerate cold packs on my head or neck. I have to use heat.

Yes! I love the fresh cold air, its so much easier to breath in than the suffocating heat of the summer. My husband & I spend more time outside during the cold months than we do in the summer.

Funny, it's 90 degrees where I am at 10:30am and I moved here because the weather, humidity, elevation or maybe all three makes me feel soooo much better than when I lived in Canada.

So I'm the odd one out - the hotter the better. I sweat like a fat man out here though and I never feel totally clean. I don't ever run the AC cause it's way too expensive. That part sucks.

I take walks outside every morning and it’s about 20 degrees. It’s the only time my head stops hurting in the morning the last few weeks. I don’t mind cold though.

Depends on the type of migraine, sometimes it helps sometimes it makes it worse. Weather swings are the worst though. Hot to cold, cold to hot. Usually cold to warm like winter to spring makes the pounding and nausea the worst. It’s fine after a while but it’s like my body can’t adapt fast enough.

Oh absolutely, sometimes my husband feels a chill in the middle of the night and he'll go check on me and I'm standing at the back door breathing air. Sometimes it works better than a cold pack on the head.
