I was on good pressure meds and it was time to come off them. I blood pressure was too low being the meds!!!!!
You should check with your Dr there could be many reasons
Water and electrolytes
I used to get dizzy quiet often in the first few months. Most often I needed water, sometimes a snack.
Dehydration and/or thiamin deficiency
same here! almost passed out twice today!
I upped my water and protein.
The way it was explained to me was that I was getting up to fast. With the weight loss and things changing inside the body as well it was to much blood to the brain to fast. Try getting up slower, and when standing stay still for a few seconds then move. Over time it goes away. At least mine did but it did take over a year for this to stop. If you pass out from being to dizzy visit your doctor ASAP. There were times I got close to lights out but I never did pass out but my legs sure did shake. There’s a little too much pep in your step when you lose weight.
Thanks for this information... Yes, I got confused and had no clue what was going on
I had gastric bypass and I have POTS Syndrome. Hydration can get you dizzy. I have a port and get iv fluids.
Thanks for the information. I will try all of these suggestions.
Make sure you are getting enough fluids, also consider low blood sugar as a possibility (are you hungry?). Have you had your iron levels checked?
For me it was dehydration and I'd missed my B12 shot.
My B12 shot is due on Friday
