I made my own bone broth.....made with all kinds of veggies and simmered for hours, then I strained it through cheese cloth. Bone broth has a ton of vitamins and protein and I used it as a fill in for the nasty clear drinks.....Isopure Zero has 40 g protein but they are nasty only the alpine punch is palatable....

Totally simple: I like Beef Knuckle Bones cause of all the good collagen so I use about 2 pounds of those (or 2 rotisserie chicken carcasses) , put them in the oven at 425 for about 30 minutes. put a large onion 3 carrots 2 celery stalks pepper, good amout of salt thyme oregano and parsley water to cover and simmer for about 6 hours or crockpot it for 12. Strain through cheesecloth and cool down so you can peel the fat off of it!

I, too, made the bone broth. Just finished a cup. Jello in a variety of flavors, cream soups(strained to remove any chunks), Pure Protein powder for shakes mixed with skim milk, Crystal Light, and drinkable yogurt.
