Tortilla chips and regular chips? Or baked chips? What's everyone's thoughts? Side note. I love guacamole but no longer know if I can use regular tortilla chips or not.

I am allergic to corn which is also my ulcerative colitis trigger, so I use Stacy's pita chips. I love guacamole too.

Gluten and corn can both be aggravating, you might wanna give something like rice chips, quinoa chips, plantain chips, or rice cakes a try (plantain chips are my fav!)

I agree with Snapp, no gluten or corn.

Plaintain chips, root veggie chips, or siete grain free chips (kind of pricey). Corn and gluten are not our friends.
