8 oz. Water to 1 oz. Of any juice. You still get the benefits of the juice.

Seltzer (sodium free) and I drink a lot of unsweetened iced tea when I get tired of water (I drink anywhere from 8 to 11 16 oz bottles of water a day to protect my kidneys from the Invokana I'm taking)

We drink water, tea, green tea, sugar-free drinks, 2% milk, Gatorade, Powerade, things like that. We really would like to learn more about what to drink with diabetes. The kidney dr insists water has the most vitamins and minerals, and that the other drinks are not as good for us, or anyone
