Yes I’m looking for suggestions too! I thought about the AIP but that’s a HUGE change and I think I would bomb it.

teisha yes! I have just done hours of research and I think I can totally do sugar and gluten free because I’m already dairy free. I can do this!

AIP will be the definitive one. It works better for allergy testing than actual allergy tests. It’s an elimination diet and lifestyle too.

I stress out more when trying to eat the right stuff. I don’t eat the stuff that bothers me.

I've tried several diets. I've not been able to stick completely to any specific one, but the paleo one worked best for me.
I did a lot of trial and error and had to figure out what was affecting me.
I'm lactose intolerant, sensitive to gluten, red meat is hard on my system, I'm sensitive to soy, many, many preservatives affect me. No lentils, pinto beans, or black beans. White potatoes make me sick. Tomatoes I can have occasionally. I have to watch my egg consumption. Sugar debilitates me. I have to watch my salt intake.
This took me about 8 months to figure out. I'd note what I ate during the day and watched how I felt. It's interesting when you start connecting the dots.

I was advised by my doctor to eat as "clean" of a diet as possible. Everything fresh and organic. NO processed meats. Bacon is the WORST (and my favorite). No red meat. Chicken, Turkey and fish. No wheat products. Having a hard time with eliminating beef, bacon and pasta, but have cut waaaaay back

AIP. There is more to the protocol than just diet.

I have been told not to eat: spicy, acid, no carbs, no grease, no breads along with the veggies my stomach doesn’t like. Or my bladder doesn’t like. It doesn’t leave me much. I am not hungry most of the time becuz of so much nausea.
