I thought drinking something carbonated to burp and maybe that would help me. Any advice?
I have this problem too. I try taking a walk, sometimes it helps sometimes it don’t. I find hot peppermint tea sometimes makes me pass.
I'll have to try both those. It always makes me worry when I can't that there is blockage or something but when I had my colonoscopy back in June my colon looked good.
Yes give them a try. I hope one or both helps you.
You can lie on your back and do bicycle pedaling motions with your legs in the air. Sometimes that helps. You might also try Simethicone.
Plagued with what you like to call gas and what we here in the free world call farts! Worse for me is that I often do not manage to have a clear bowel even after 3 or 4 visits and that a gas attack can become something much more embarrassing!
before i had surgery to have nearly 3 foot of my bowl removed i could not pass gas i try every thing it was because my bowls had narrowed due to scar tissue and DD
Just bending over can cause a not so quiet parp from me. I pass gas on a very regular basis at home. Usually accompanied by the sound of "oh mum" from my teenage daughter. Alas if i don't release the gas i feel bloated.
I do it when I bend sneeze laugh yawn walk or sit.
Every few minutes and cant hold it.
I do all the time.. I don’t drink anything carbonated, either.
I never can pass gas....I.swell up huge. When I am in the worst pain I think it is gas. And also contractions.
I wonder why I can't release it?
Im definetly not human version of normal.
