When I go to lay down my arms and legs fall asleep/go painfully numb so I can’t get a good night’s sleep. I toss and turn all night. Does anyone else have this problem?

Yes. Arms and legs fall asleep before I do. I finally fall asleep and the numb arms and legs are what wakes me up in the morning.

Sounds like the wrong mattress

Could it be restless legs? If so it may be worth trying a magnesium supplement or spray or tonic water (for the quinine)

Could restless leg also make my arms go numb?

Nicol I’m not sure sorry. I’d definitely mention it to the dr next time you go.
